TAHITI PARTNERS developed a mixed-use project in the heart of south Palm Springs, next to the renowned Ace Hotel, which includes 25 condominium homes, each with its own pool, 9 single family homes, and a 6,000 sf commercial building. All the condo homes and homes were successfully sold off. The 100% leased, commercial building, under long-term leases, continues to be held by an affiliated partnership of TAHITI PARTNERS.
