TAHITI PARTNERS was developed a mixed use, commercial project on 10 acres; during this process, it successfully bid on an RFP from the County of Riverside to develop, build and lease to the County a 38,000 sf office building. After holding the county leased property for a few years, TAHITI PARTNERS received an offer to sell the County building and did so, continuing to hold for development for remaining finished commercial pads.
