Geoff is a seasoned property developer and manager that has, directly and through his affiliates, owned and/or managed more than one hundred properties throughout the United States over many years; he has developed single-family home tracts, office buildings, shopping centers and multi-family projects. Many of the approved projects were fully built-out by Geoff and his affiliated companies, and others were substantially renovated and repositioned by them.

With his licenses and experiences in law, brokerage and accounting, he has handled the purchase, sale and financing of billions of dollars of real estate transactions including of more than 40,000 apartment units. Geoff has taught and written articles about real estate transactions and commercial lease subjects including for IREM, BOMA, and the State Bar of California. He has also served on many for profit and not-for-profit boards including the Board of Governors for the California State University, Fullerton, and on the Long Beach Grand Prix Foundation, and is a member of several associations and of the United States Tax Court.
